In today’s market, a full circle shopper experience is extremely important. Just because they came into your store (or called to discuss a project) doesn’t mean they are going to purchase something. The customer needs to be engaged — before, during and after! Think about these points everyday:
- How does my customer know about my store, services and/or product? How did they find me?
- Do I have something new or exciting to say and am I communicating it effectively to my customer so I am attracting them? AND is my excitement about it all coming through in what I am communicating?
- How are my customers engaged when they are in the store or when they call? Am I able to make them want to buy from me/work with me/LOVE ME?
- What happens to that customer when they leave or after the phone call? How can I get them to come back and make a purchase (or another purchase)?
